SHIFT ALA - Shift 3 ($3) (United States of America - Alabama) A BRIEF OVERVIEW The CNC Machinist I position contributes to the production of medical devices by operating and performing basic set ups of CNC 2 and 3 Axis machines, with the ability to identify X, Y, Z and 0 coordinates. He/she is responsible for running multiple and varying CNC machines simultaneously, such as Lathes, EDM Wire, and Plunge machines in addition to operating manual machine tools to cut, drill, shape, and finish quality products with some supervision. The CNC Production Operator operates all CNC/manual machining and painting equipment to produce finished goods. This position is responsible for adhering to established production processes to produce quality work that meets customer specifications and for meeting individual production goals. This position is for an 8-hour shift. The starting pay is $23.97 per hour (plus $1.00 per hour shift premium if working on 2nd or 3rd shift). The top out is $28.64 per hour.
