CNC Production Operator

The CNC Production Operator operates all CNC/manual machining and painting equipment to produce finished goods. This position is responsible for adhering to established production processes to produce quality work that meets customer specifications and for meeting individual production goals. This position is for an 8-hour shift. The starting pay is $23.97 per hour (plus $1.00 per hour shift premium if working on 2nd or 3rd shift). The top out is $28.64 per hour. Employees are generally topped out within 1 year. Shifts available are 2nd shift (3p-11p) or 3rd shift (11p-7a). Applicant must include complete work history or attach resume to be considered for position. Essential Functions: • Responsible for general knowledge of any / all job-related machinery, equipment, and work instructions. • Set up and operate production equipment according to established specifications, adjusting CNC programming as needed • Calibration and use of measurement equipment • Utilize production equipment to produce finished goods in accordance with production goals • Perform hourly quality checks to ensure quality of finished product in accordance with established quality processes and guidelines • Utilize forklift to move materials and finished goods as needed in the production process • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhere to all safety procedures • Other duties as assigned Position Qualifications: • Mechanical skills, ability to read micrometer, blueprints and various calipers • Basic math and computer skills • Ability to work all jobs within the department Experience: • 0-1 years of manufacturing experience • CNC and blueprint reading experience preferred Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law. CNC Technician

Position Overview: The CNC Technician sets up and operates CNC machinery to produce precision parts and instruments. They interpret technical drawings, program machine tools, and ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process. Position Responsibilities & Essential Functions: Machine Setup & Operation: Prepare CNC machines for operation by installing tools, fixtures, and materials. Programming: Write or modify CNC programs using G-code or CAM software based on engineering drawings and specifications. Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to ensure they meet specifications. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues with CNC equipment. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production runs, machine settings, and maintenance activities. Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, production managers, and quality assurance teams to optimize manufacturing processes. Maintain a clean and safe work area/warehouse. Wear required PPE. Perform duties in a safe manner and observe safety procedures. Ensure full adherence to 6S (Safety, Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) practices. Other duties as assigned. CNC Machinist I, 2nd Shift
