Job Title: Process Technician This individual plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of machines and equipment in their assigned work area. They report directly to a Group Leader, Supervisor or Manager and are responsible for processing, setup and troubleshooting of machinery. The key responsibilities include maintaining high standards of safety, quality, housekeeping and company policies within their assigned area. • Maintain efficient operations, analyze problems, implement solutions and report process and equipment issues to supervisors. • Troubleshoot and repair machinery, train new employees and assist other areas as needed. • Adhere to established rules, regulations, policies and procedures. • Support effective scrap reduction and cost-saving programs. • Communicate effectively with colleagues and perform tasks requiring support and cooperation. • Be prepared to work any shift assigned and contribute to overtime efforts when required. • Be flexible to perform various tasks within their assigned area in case of employee absence or additional requirements.
