Duties • Operate CNC machines to produce parts as per blueprints and technical drawings. • Conduct quality control checks using precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet specifications. • Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment and troubleshoot any mechanical issues that arise. • Utilize CAM programming to optimize machine performance and efficiency. • Read and interpret blueprints and technical documents to understand machining requirements. • Collaborate with team members to package finished products for delivery. • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Experience • Previous experience in a manufacturing facility is preferred. • Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical specifications is essential. • Familiarity with logic controllers and basic math skills for calculations related to machining processes. • Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in machining operations is highly desirable. • Experience with quality control processes and precision measuring instruments will be an advantage.
