Believe it when we say "We Pave with Pride!". Job Description Norris Asphalt is looking for a motivated Milling Machine Operator. The following job responsibilities of this position included but not limited to are; discussing plans and goals for the day's work with field superintendents and best methods of getting assigned work done safely and on time. Perform physical duties that are commonly associated with the safe and productive operation of said piece of equipment. Perform equipment maintenance duties such as cleaning, greasing, and maintaining fluid levels on equipment. Operate equipment with priority of making the job safe for all persons working around the job site. This position will include a company pickup and cell phone. Candidate must have a valid class A CDL to lowboy machine around to locations where needed. This position is an independent role and the candidate will be responsible for prioritizing work and communicating with the necessary employees. Job Title: Machine Operator II – Sheet metal FLSA Status: Hourly / Non-Exempt Department: Operations Shift: 3rd What we are looking for: Sheet Metal fabricates sheet metal products and equipment. Work may involve setting up and operating machinery to cut, bend, and straighten metal parts to supply our upstream departments with parts they need.
