Job Overview The position of Equipment Maintenance Supervisor involves overseeing the maintenance of manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance. Responsibilities • Supervise a maintenance team to resolve machine malfunctions and maintain equipment functionality. • Work closely with operations management to keep them informed of ongoing projects that may impact production schedules. • Provide training and guidance to maintenance personnel to improve their skills. • Develop and disseminate best practices within the maintenance team. • Establish and refine Maintenance Programs through TPM initiatives. Essential Skills and Experience • Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving abilities. • Effective communication and writing skills. • Ability to analyze root causes and implement corrective measures. Job Title: Machine Operator II – Sheet metal FLSA Status: Hourly / Non-Exempt Department: Operations Shift: 3rd What we are looking for: Sheet Metal fabricates sheet metal products and equipment. Work may involve setting up and operating machinery to cut, bend, and straighten metal parts to supply our upstream departments with parts they need.
