Job Description: The HVAC Residential Service Technician will perform and apply technical skills and knowledge associated with maintaining and servicing heating/ventilation/air conditioning and troubleshooting HVAC systems for residential and commercial customers. Duties & Responsibilities: • Performing on-site preventative maintenance, routine repairs and calibrations. • Troubleshooting common problems and providing appropriate level repairs. • Using experience and technical skills with preventive maintenance and system operations to determine service requirements. • Advising manager of preventive maintenance inspections performed and identifying the necessary corrective actions to be taken. • Working in a team-based environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction. • Working in a safe manner, ensuring all safety measures are taken, at all times. • Performing other duties, as assigned, including some installation. • Flexibility to work overtime, on-call, and weekends, as required.
