We are looking for a career-minded Warehouse Associate / HVAC Trainee to join our team! Responsibilities: • Loading equipment, maintaining and organizing warehouse inventory. • Handling incoming and outbound deliveries. • Receive and track shipments, Enter data in inventory and logistics software • Keeping all warehouse areas, yard, parking lot and company property free of trash, swept, and organized • Drive company vehicles to perform pick-ups, deliveries, & company errands • Assist with HVAC field operations as necessary Requirements: • Be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion • Team Player with great interpersonal and communication skills • Good organizational and time-management skills • Ideal candidate will have a good driving record and mechanical aptitude • A minimum of 5 years driving experience preferred • HVAC Schooling and/or an EPA Certification is required Benefits include: • Medical, dental, and life insurance • Paid vacation (up to 3 weeks) • Paid Holidays • Paid sick time (1 week) • 401K with 30% match • Education reimbursement • Training • 40+ hours full-time Company Overview Ontario Refrigeration is the West's leading provider of commercial HVAC services. The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
