HVAC Technician Responsibilities: • Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches • Manage and perform all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions • Document processes. Completes required paperwork and collects payment when necessary • Operate vehicle in a safely manner. Maintains organization of vehicle and company tools • Puts the customer first and makes appropriate recommendations in accordance to GUNTHERS company policies • Follows all Gunthers Safety Standards • Builds positive relationships with customers and team • Maintains a positive attitude and supports Gunthers’ Core Values and Mission • Completes any additional tasks or work required from Supervisor HVAC Technician Qualifications: • 2+ years in commercial/residential service required • EPA and RMGA certification required • High School Diploma, or GED • Must be professional and have exceptional communication skills • Follows GUNTHERS dress and grooming polices.
