Job Description: This is a position in the Facilities Management department that requires some experience in HVAC maintenance, repair, or installation. Experience in a healthcare setting will be helpful. Regardless of specialty, an HVAC Technician I may be required to perform other maintenance tasks as needed, such as minor repairs or assisting with other projects. Essential Functions • Responsible for the maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. • Perform routine maintenance and inspections, diagnosing and repairing issues, ensuring all systems are operating efficiently and effectively. • Work with a variety of systems and equipment, including boilers, chillers, air handlers, and control systems.
