What You Need To Succeed • Min 3 years Residential HVAC experience • High school diploma/GED • EPA Universal certification • Degree in Heating and Air Conditioning Technology a plus • Self-motivated to achieve annual goals and objectives • No sales pressure environment • Strong interpersonal skills • Customer service oriented • Superior trouble-shooting/diagnostic and repair skills for a/c systems, gas and oil furnaces, gas and oil boilers, zone systems and other HVAC equipment • Clean driving record Physical Requirements • Physically able to work on HVAC units. • Will be required to work in settings with extreme cold or extreme heat, depending on time of year. • Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders. • Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
