Experienced Residential Installers with 3+ years may be eligible for a signing bonus of $2000.00 Essential Job Duties/Physical Requirements: • Communicate with supervisors, managers, crew leaders regarding job layout and project status on a daily basis. • Obtain and maintain required certifications. • Comply with all applicable standards, policies, procedures and safety practices. • Basic knowledge of hand tool, power tool use and working on/off ladders. • Fabricate, assemble and install duct work. • Utilize safe working practices while using hazardous chemicals and materials (refrigerant, nitrogen, oxygen-acetylene, fiberglass). • Work in hot, humid or cold conditions. • Work in attics, basements or crawlspaces. • Perform simple math equations for weighing refrigerant or charging equipment. • Lift and/or carry duct work and equipment from 25 to 100 lbs. (indoor / outdoor units). • A working knowledge of electricity and refrigerant theory, as well as safe brazing practices, ladder and hand tool safety. • Possess a firm understanding of generally accepted building practices and they relate to the HVAC trade. • Repetitive actions such as, moving, handling, grasping, pushing, pulling, kneeling, crawling, reaching, bending, stretching, twisting with body, arms and legs. • Other duties as assigned.
