Your key responsibilities include: • Leading and executing residential HVAC installations, including comprehensive ductwork, heat pumps, condensers, mini splits, and furnaces. • Diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC systems to ensure efficient and code-compliant performance. • Supervising and mentoring apprentices and junior technicians, consistently maintaining stringent quality standards. • Accurately interpreting blueprints, job specifications, and wiring diagrams to guide precise installations. • Providing clear and timely project updates to customers and project managers. • Maintaining accurate documentation of all completed work and materials used. • Ensuring tools, workspaces, and company vehicles are consistently clean and organized. • Strictly adhering to all safety guidelines and company policies on every job. • Representing Complete Home Specialists with utmost professionalism.
