The Commercial HVAC Service Manager is located at Quality Heating and Air (QH&A) in Wilmington, Delaware and will lead the establishment and operation of a new commercial service department. This hands-on leadership role involves sales, estimating, scheduling, and project supervision to ensure superior service delivery and customer satisfaction.
