Now Hiring: HVAC Technicians, Apprentices, or Mechanically inclined workers - Immediate Openings! Location: Pella, Iowa Job Type: Contract to Hire | Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 7 AM - 5 PMWe are seeking skilled and mechanically inclined individuals to join our team as HVAC technicians or sheet metal helpers. This is a perfect opportunity to gain hands-on experience working alongside licensed journeyman technicians on commercial construction projects, including hospitals, schools, offices, restaurants, hotels, and more. Your Role & Responsibilities:• Assist journeyman technicians with delivery, installation, and troubleshooting of heating and cooling equipment. • Work on commercial HVAC and perform installations as part of a team. • Comfortably bend, crouch, kneel, and lift 100+ lbs as needed with a teammate. • Verify possession of basic hand tools, including tape measurers, screwdrivers, channel locks, pliers, and power drills. • Ensure timely arrival to job sites daily, with or without a driver's license.Pay Range: HVAC Technician or Sheet Metal Technician - $18 - $26/hour (commercial experience preferred but open to residential; higher pay available based on experience)Essential Skills & Qualifications:• 6 months to 1 year of HVAC, sheet metal, plumbing, or mechanical/construction aptitude. • Ability to use an impact driver and basic hand tools. • Familiarity with heating and cooling installation (residential or commercial) or mechanical experience. • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. • Experience with compressors, sheet metal, refrigeration, control systems, preventive maintenance, and air conditioning. • Valid driver's license is strongly preferred, but candidates without one will be considered.Why Join Us?
