What you'll do: Coordinates and performs general HVAC repair, trouble shooting, and preventative maintenance of HVAC systems of a portfolio of properties by performing the following duties personally or through vendor management. • Manage, inspect, and perform all HVAC service and repair work on assigned properties. Manage all scheduled preventative maintenance practices including but is not limited to; filter changes, seasonal unit inspections, t-stat calibrations. Provide repair work, as appropriate with respect to total project cost, timeliness, and quality. • Complete all documentation within 24 hours, including an explanation of follow-up if the job requires more than 24 hours and a follow-up plan. • Drive to assigned properties and various locations as directed by Management. • Provide weekend and after-hour building coverage, on an on-call basis, as assigned. What it takes to join our team: • Associates degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
