We are seeking a Commercial HVAC Lead Installer to become a part of our team! Company pays 90% of employees insurance and 80% of employee's family insurance! Responsibilities: • You will be responsible for the installation of complete commercial HVAC systems • Train other workers on your crew to properly install duct work, Copper refrigerant lines, control wiring. • Maintain a safe and clean work environment • Lay out jobs using submittals blue prints • Talk with other trades and job superintendent to keep job running on time and smoothly • Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: • Previous experience as lead commercial HVAC installer • EPA 608 Certified • Ability to over see installing and running a crew at the same time • Ability to work well with others • Ability to prioritize and multitask and finish jobs with in bid hours • must have valid drivers license • Must be able to pass drug screening and physical Company DescriptionWe are a company that has under 50 employees.
