Responsibilities • Perform preventative maintenance for residential and commercial clients • Diagnose and repair all types of HVAC equipment • Accurate documentation of work completed at each service call • Collecting payment from customers as needed • Provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives to customer issues - within a timely manner, ensuring resolution for every customer • Communicate with office staff regarding follow ups, part repairs, and/or quotes • Establish and maintain positive relationships with both co- workers & customers • Go the extra mile to engage and assist customers • Be the best technician you can be.
