Essential Functions Maintain, repair and troubleshoot facility HVAC equipment so that it continues to operate efficiently. Order required materials for HVAC system maintenance. Perform inspections with proper documentation on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Required Skills and Experience High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution. A minimum of (5) years' experience in an industrial/ facility maintenance environment. Must be able to safely operate a scissor lift, fork lift, etc. Use a personal computer to communicate by e-mail, use EPC software programs such as MSOffice, SharePoint, Agile, etc. as needed. Must be able to routinely lift 50lbs and be able to work from elevated heights. Ability to follow detailed instructions and be detailed oriented. Ability to document and communicate effectively.
