Maintain records on work projects completed; prepare written reports related to work assignments; document actions taken and present written progress reports. 10. Qualifications Education: High School diploma or equivalent G.E.D required. Accredited HVAC/R trade school is preferred. Experience: 3 years work experience as an HVAC/R technician in a commercial environment or 5 years work experience maintaining and repairing building HVAC/R equipment and systems. 1. Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred. 2. Ability to be on the department on-call schedule. 3. Ability to work nights and/or weekends per department schedule. 4.
