HVAC Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can troubleshoot issues effectively and ensure optimal system performance. Responsibilities • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. • Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter to diagnose electrical issues within HVAC units. • Perform equipment repairs and ensure all systems are functioning efficiently. • Weld components as necessary to ensure system integrity and performance. • Collaborate with team members to design and build customized HVAC solutions for clients. • Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential issues before they become major problems. • Plumb new installations according to industry standards and local codes. • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their HVAC needs and solutions. Requirements • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role. • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various HVAC systems. • Familiarity with welding techniques and equipment repair processes. • Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams related to HVAC design. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites. • Certification in HVAC or related field is preferred but not mandatory. Qualifications Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Entry Level. Previous experience in assisting with Superjet operations preferred.
