Overview We are seeking a skilled Mobile HVAC Technician to join our team. The technician is responsible for the day to day operational needs of between 20-25 buildings. Technician performs monthly inspections of facilities, making repairs as needed for the upkeep and maintenance of these facilities, including HVAC, minor electrical and plumbing. Repair and perform preventive maintenance on AC systems, including package, split, and chilled water systems. EPA Universal certification required with 3+ years of prior experience in commercial setting. Responsibilities • Maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC units to ensure efficient operation. • Conduct repairs inside the facility as needed. • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used using facilities management software. • Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing all tasks. Experience • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician in commercial settings. • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot HVAC systems. • Experience in minor plumbing and electrical work. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Job Responsibilities: As our HVAC Refrigeration Technician with a background in Commercial Maintenance, you will be responsible for installing and repairing HVAC and Refrigeration equipment such as walk-in coolers and freezers. Additional responsibilities of the HVAC Refrigeration Technician include: • Staying in constant contact with the office and Regional Service Coordinator regarding scheduling and completions of jobs; answering all office emails/calls in a timely manner • Checking with client at beginning and end of job; completing all company forms thoroughly; obtaining client signature • Submitting all paperwork each week for processing in sequential order • Ensuring all vendor packing slips or invoices for each job are secured to related forms • Ensuring all material used for each task are listed properly on forms • Assisting on job sites with other mechanical technicians as needed • Securing parts and tools needed throughout the day for various jobs as required • Calling in repairs to the Estimator or Field Supervisor to obtain quotes to complete forms • Consulting Field Supervisor or Regional Service Coordinator in times of uncertainty JOB REQUIREMENTS As our HVAC Refrigeration Service Technician with a background in Commercial Maintenance, you must have the knowledge and experience necessary for this position.
