Position Summary: Lead HVAC Service Technician is responsible for performing service and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and light commercial properties. This role involves diagnosing HVAC system issues, providing expert solutions, and ensuring all work meets industry standards and safety regulations. In addition to performing hands-on technical tasks, the Lead Technician often mentors and supervises junior technicians, manages service calls, and ensures efficient workflow. This position plays a key role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction while ensuring the quality and timeliness of HVAC services. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with on-call duties and overtime as required during peak seasons. Compensation: $25 - $30+ per hour, based on experience + spiffs, with an achievable career path to earn well over $100K. Completes all forms and paperwork in a neat, timely, complete, and accurate manner. If necessary, collects payment from customers. • Communicates with dispatch, while on duty, to ensure dispatcher has an accurate status report of activities and availability • Responsible for delivery of excellent customer service and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction • Promotes products and services to the customer.
