Qualifications & Skills • HVAC/EPA Certification required with at least 2 years of experience in residential or multifamily HVAC maintenance and repair. • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. • Excellent communication and customer service abilities, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. • Physically capable of performing labor-intensive tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in tight or elevated spaces (e.g., attics, rooftops). • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required; experience with maintenance software is a plus.
