Our client is looking for experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to join their team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of commercial HVAC systems. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about providing the best service possible, as well as providing a positive attitude to customers. Requirements: • 5-10 years of Industrial HVAC experience • EPA Universal Certification required • High school diploma or equivalent • Valid driver's license and a good driving record Responsibilities: • Install new equipment and repair or replace faulty equipment on industrial & commercial HVAC systems. • Use various tools and equipment to remove and install new equipment and repair or replace faulty equipment. • Install new refrigeration units, heaters, air conditioners, heat pumps and other major components of HVAC systems. • Diagnose problems with existing equipment and repair or replace faulty equipment. • Clean and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems (including electrical wiring, plumbing, heating and air conditioning systems). • Maintain accurate records on deliveries, service calls, warranty claims, etc. • Perform minor maintenance tasks for residential and commercial HVAC systems (including plumbing, electrical wiring, heat pump installation, etc.). • Adhere to company policies and procedures in all aspects of job performance. • Be a team player!
