Annual Salary: $58,305.00 - $62,400.00 Hourly: $29.90 - $32.00 Department: General Government, Maintenance & Trades Division: HVAC FLSA: Non-Exempt Job Description: $3,000 BONUS $1,500 ON FIRST PAY CHECK $1,500 AFTER 120-DAYS WORKED In this role, you will perform HVAC installation and maintenance at City-owned facilities. Examples of Duties: • Performs HVAC installation, preventative maintenance and repairs on various types of equipment including split systems, package units, rooftop units, bay heaters, mini splits, etc. • Installs, maintains and repairs ice machines. • Operates specialized equipment and tools related to the trade discipline. • May lead the work of maintenance crews at the worksite, ensuring that the work is performed safely and efficiently. • Receives work orders, prioritizes and distributes them according to division procedures. • Estimates project materials from blueprints, and purchases necessary supplies. • Maintains records of all work performed. • Works extended hours, as necessary, during shutdowns of equipment and/or buildings. • Performs other duties as assigned.
