Key Responsibilities: • HVAC Duties: • Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including heating units, air conditioners, and ventilation systems. • Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and perform necessary repairs. • Conduct routine maintenance checks and ensure systems are operating efficiently. • Provide clear and accurate information to customers regarding their HVAC systems and maintenance needs. • Handyman Duties: • Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting. • Address various home and business maintenance needs such as fixing leaks, replacing fixtures, and repairing minor structural issues. • Assist with installations of appliances, fixtures, and other equipment as needed. • Ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard and in compliance with safety regulations. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification or relevant technical training preferred. • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or in a similar role. • Broad knowledge of general handyman tasks and repair techniques. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
