Steel Metals & Ductwork: Fabricate and install sheet metal ductwork for HVAC systems according to setup prints and project specifications. Controls & Automation: Install and configure HVAC controls, including Building Automation Systems (BAS). Reading Setup Prints & Technical Drawings: Interpret setup prints, blueprints, and technical drawings for commercial HVAC systems and metalwork. Hard sketching ductwork for fabrication Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements and ensure precise installations. Supervisory (Working Foreman Role): Organizing, leading and managing a team of HVAC mechanics and apprentices, ensuring they meet project deadlines and quality standards. Oversee job site safety, tool and equipment management, and effective use of manpower with effective communication. Provide guidance and hands-on support to the team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to the project plan. Be able to track and manager personnel and resources using electric tools such as Procore, BuildOps, Outlook. Journeyman Responsibilities (if applicable): Perform all duties expected of a Journeyman, including the ability to work independently or as part of a crew. Mentor apprentices and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of an apprenticeship program . Licensing/Certifications: Valid HVAC certification and relevant journeyman or foreman certification (if applicable).
