Position Title: HVAC/Maintenance Department: Physical Plant Immediate Supervisor's Title: Maintenance Supervisor Positions Supervised: None Term of Position: 12 Months, Full-time, Non-exempt Position Description (Primary Functions) The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC equipment, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. Minimum Requirements • Candidate must be at least 21 years of age • Must provide a certificate indicating level of HVAC training • Must provide credible references on application Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Visually check hydronic-circulation pumps • Check for water leaks associated with HVAC units • Check boiler operation • Check hydronic units • Check wall units • Heat panels • Check forced air units for clogged filters.
