Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Knowledge of building maintenance or construction including heating and air conditioning systems, building codes, safety regulations and practices, and blueprints and schematic reading and interpretations. • Knowledge of occupational hazards and applicable safety practices and of OSHA requirements. • Skill in the safe operation of power and hand tools and equipment. • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings. • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. • Ability to follow verbal or written instructions. • Ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks within strict deadlines. • Ability to interact and maintain good working relationships with individuals of varying social and cultural backgrounds.
