Qualifications and Experience of Refrigeration / HVAC Maintenance Developmental Technician: • HVAC/R Vocational or Technical Certification. • Type I and Type II Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification for refrigerant handling. • Valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report. • Preferred: Mechanical maintenance or construction-related field experience in commercial HVAC/R and building controls.
