The Refurb Technician II is responsible for the refurbishment and repair activities on ice machines. This position works closely with other Refurb Technicians and the Technical Services team and is sometimes called upon to train less experienced technicians. This role is critical in ensuring the optimal functionality of our equipment to meet our customers’ service requirements while operating with proficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a keen attention to detail, a commitment to maintaining equipment in good working order, and a willingness to learn and grow within the field of ice machine repair and maintenance. The Refurb Technician II is dedicated to driving service success that not only enhances customer satisfaction but also maximizes customer retention through reliable and responsive service. How you will do it: • The Refurb Technician II is a progression from Refurb Technician I.
