The Refurb Technician II is responsible for the refurbishment and repair activities on ice machines. This position works closely with other Refurb Technicians and the Technical Services team and is sometimes called upon to train less experienced technicians. This role is critical in ensuring the optimal functionality of our equipment to meet our customers’ service requirements while operating with proficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a keen attention to detail, a commitment to maintaining equipment in good working order, and a willingness to learn and grow within the field of ice machine repair and maintenance. The Refurb Technician II is dedicated to driving service success that not only enhances customer satisfaction but also maximizes customer retention through reliable and responsive service. How you will do it: • The Refurb Technician II is a progression from Refurb Technician I. Although the scope and responsibility goes up at each level, all levels of Refurb Technician - I, II, and III, are responsible for duties as assigned • Ensure Refurb and Repair work is completed to Easy Ice standards and properly documented • Occasionally train less experienced Refurb Technicians • Responsible for part ordering and inventories • Perform other duties as assigned or requested • Maintain positive office atmosphere/environment What we are look for: Education: A degree in a technical, HVAC, or related program is preferred, but not required. 2-4 years of experience in related field, ice machine experience preferred Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience is required Other Desired Skills: • EPA 608 Certification • Excellent organizational skills • Reliable and Energetic • Problem solving • Ability to think on one’s feet and learn rapidly without a great deal of supervision • Entrepreneurial, and solution driven • Flexible with performance, and time-sensitive expectations • Must be disciplined, self-motivated, and able to meet team goals • Able to work as a team member as well as independently • Must have reliable transportation • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) Additional Required Attributes: • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience • A desire to continually increase your knowledge of the industries we serve; and, products, services and processes our company can produce Work Environment and Physical Demands: • The employee is often required to stand; walk; sit; use ladders; use hands to manipulate, handle, or feel surfaces, parts and tools; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds • Stands for extended periods of time (8+ hours per day) • While the noise level in the work environment is usually somewhat quiet, the worker may be subject to elevated noise levels The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by people assigned to this classification. HVAC Install Field Supervisor

Position Overview We're hiring a hands-on Install Field Supervisor to support our growing install and electrical departments. This role will float between job sites, support install leads, perform electrical reconnects when needed, and step in on warranty work-especially for labor-intensive or multi-visit calls. You'll also be cross-trained in pulling mechanical permits and act as a trusted resource across our field teams. Responsibilities • Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications. • Conduct regular quality control inspections to guarantee compliance with industry standards and regulations. • Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and HeavyBid for project tracking and reporting. • Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks. • Review schematics and contracts to ensure all work aligns with contractual obligations. • Enforce OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all team members. • Provide training and support to crew members, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability. • Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively. Key Responsibilities • Provide daily support and oversight for install teams in the field • Fill in as an install lead or support hand when needed • Handle select labor warranty jobs during the first year of equipment installation • Perform electrical reconnects for HVAC installations if electrical team is unavailable • Ensure jobsite quality, cleanliness, and code compliance • Communicate clearly with office and managers about progress and needs • Cross-trained to pull mechanical permits as needed Required Qualifications • Active 06A Electrical License (WA State) - Preferred • 3-5 years of HVAC installation and service experience • Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills • Valid driver's license with clean driving record Preferred Qualifications • EPA 608 Certification • OSHA 10/30 certification • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar platforms
