Territory Account Manager; Pump, Power & HVAC

Position: Territory Account Manager (Pump, Power & HVAC) Overview Territory Account Manager (Pump, Power & HVAC) ’re hiring a Territory Account Manager at our Advanced Solutions rental facility in Hillsboro, OR, to grow with us by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Advanced Solutions branches offer equipment rentals within climate control, compressed air, fluid solutions, power solutions and more. Primary Responsibilities • Territory management of a geographical area. Responsible for the full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention. • Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests. Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. • New business development and client acquisition/account development. Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Educate them on how Equipment Share can help save money, make more money, and operate more efficiently. • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure customers are 100 percent satisfied with the level of service and support. Keep them up-to-date about new or additional ways Equipment Share can help improve their business with our comprehensive jobsite solutions. • Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications. Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers. • Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience.
