HVAC Service Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in air conditioning, heating systems, and equipment repair. This role involves maintaining, servicing, and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance of heating and cooling systems while adhering to safety protocols and industry standards. Responsibilities • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units and boilers. • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure efficient operation. • Troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems by interpreting schematics and diagnosing problems accurately. • Perform necessary repairs or replacements of components as needed, including welding tasks when required. • Document service calls, repairs performed, and any parts used during maintenance activities. • Communicate effectively with clients regarding system performance and recommended services. • Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety regulations. Requirements • Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC systems. • Previous experience as a service technician or in property maintenance is preferred. • Familiarity with schematics and the ability to read technical drawings. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively. • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy equipment and working in various environmental conditions. • Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites. • Certification in HVAC or related field is a plus but not mandatory. We're seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Kitchen Equipment and Refrigeration Technician to ensure our state-of-the-art kitchens and onsite bakeries operate at peak performance.
