The Facility Engineer/Facility Engineer HVAC shall maintain the BGIF portion of the 6304 Spine Road, Boulder facility. The Facility Engineer/Facility Engineer HVAC shall: Ensure proper power, heating, cooling, ventilation, lighting, space management, construction, security, and maintenance, as appropriate, for the interior workspaces and computer rooms in the BGIF. Maintain external equipment (i.e. backup diesel generators, satellite dishes, other external hardware) in BGIF controlled space external to the facility. Facility Engineer Facility Engineer HVAC shall maintain operation and cleanliness of the BGIF entry area including exterior entry steps and ramp, handrails, doors and windows, and outside break area adjacent to BGIF entry ramp.
