Qualifications: • Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in facilities management or a related field. • Education: High School Diploma (HD) required; additional certifications or training in facilities management preferred. • Certifications: EPA 608 required certification • Security Clearance: Active DoD Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility required. • Ability to lift 45lbs or more • Strong knowledge of Commercial HVAC systems, building codes, and safety regulations. • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. • Proficiency in using facilities management software and tools. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working in secure or classified environments. • Familiarity with DoD facility standards and protocols. • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field. • Certifications: HVAC certification, Forklift certification Work Environment:This position may require occasional physical activity, including lifting (45+ lbs), climbing (e.i. ladders onto roof), utilizing forklift/pallet jacks, and working in various environmental conditions.
