What You’ll Do As a key member of our team, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems with an emphasis on refrigeration. You’ll work independently, solve complex issues, and provide top-tier service to our clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities include: • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration systems—self-contained, reach-ins, walk-ins & rack systems. • Install and service a variety of HVAC and restaurant “hot” equipment (e.g. fryers, ovens, stoves). • Diagnose issues in heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems quickly and effectively. • Keep clear, detailed records of work completed and materials used. • Deliver exceptional service while communicating clearly with clients and team members. What We’re Looking For • 4–6 years of proven experience in commercial refrigeration service. • Familiarity with a range of systems, from small self-contained units, walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines to rack systems. • HVAC and “hot” side restaurant equipment experience preferred (training available if needed). • EPA Type II certification required; OSHA 30 preferred. • Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently. • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. • A customer-first attitude with excellent communication skills.
