Overview We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, mechanical knowledge, and experience in residential and commercial installation. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in residential and commercial settings. Duties • Install HVAC systems according to specifications and schematics. • Troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems • Collaborate with other technicians to ensure efficient installation processes. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all installations and repairs. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding their HVAC systems. • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. • Assist in the design of HVAC systems based on project requirements. Requirements • 3+ years of proven experience as an HVAC Installer (Lead experience preferred) • Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience • Familiarity with HVAC design principles and schematics. • Ability to perform equipment repair and maintenance tasks effectively. • Valid driver's license is required for travel to job sites. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
