See More Details >>Position Summary • We are seeking an experienced HVAC & Refrigeration Technician with a minimum of five (5) years of proven experience. • This role requires strong technical expertise, professionalism, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. • The technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. • This is a door-to-door paid position. Key Responsibilities • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems. • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues with equipment. • Perform preventative maintenance checks and services. • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and regulations. • Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used. • Provide exceptional customer service at every job site. • Be available for required overtime as needed. Required Tools and Equipment • Technicians must provide and maintain their own tools and equipment, including but not limited to: • Manifold gauges (refrigerant gauges) • Vacuum pump • Refrigerant recovery machine • Leak detector • Multimeter and electrical testing tools • Hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.) • Pipe cutters and flaring tools • Cordless drill and bits • Thermometers (digital and infrared) • Safety gear (gloves, goggles, boots, etc.) • Ladders and extension cords Job Requirements • Minimum of five (5) years of HVAC/Refrigeration experience. • Valid EPA certification for handling refrigerants. • Strong knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills. • Must provide personal tools and equipment as listed above. Compensation & Schedule • Compensation: Paid door-to-door. • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM. • Overtime: Required as needed. Physical Requirements • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. • Ability to stand, crouch, and climb ladders as part of routine work. • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures. Work Environment • Field-based, primarily at client job sites. • Exposure to heat, cold, noise, and equipment-related hazards. • Personal protective equipment (PPE) required at all times.
