Key Responsibilities • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC equipment. • Provide clear, professional communication with homeowners about issues, options, and solutions. • Educate customers on system performance, energy savings, and Legacy membership benefits. • Follow company processes for service calls, safety, and documentation using ServiceTitan. • Uphold Legacy’s professional image at all times (clean uniform, shoe covers, respect for the home). • Participate in ongoing training to improve technical skills, product knowledge, and customer service. • Maintain company-issued vehicle, tools, and inventory in organized condition. Qualifications • 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred (will consider apprentices with strong fundamentals). • EPA Certification (Type II or Universal required). • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record. • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (attics, basements, outdoors).
