HVAC Superintenent/PM

Position Overview: Seeking an experienced HVAC Superintendent/Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects, with a focus on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. Responsible for managing all project phases, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery. Key Responsibilities: • Manage commercial construction projects from start to close-out. • Coordinate subcontractors, focusing on MEP trades. • Review plans, specs, and contracts for accurate execution. • Handle project schedules, budgets, and procurement. • Ensure compliance with safety, code, and quality standards. • Collaborate with architects, engineers, owners, and inspectors. • Prepare status reports and conduct site visits. • Lead meetings, manage change orders, and control costs. Requirements: • 5+ years in commercial construction project management (MEP experience preferred). • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and safety. • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam). • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. • Ability to read blueprints and technical documents. • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred (experience may substitute). • OSHA 30 certification a plus. Senior HVAC Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with a focus on both residential and commercial applications.
