Job Description HVAC Service Coordinator Location: High Point, NC Reports To: Service Manager We're seeking a detail-oriented Service Coordinator to manage incoming service calls and dispatch Field Technicians efficiently. This role ensures the smooth execution of our Planned Maintenance contracts, Demand Service repairs, and Quoted Projects. As a key point of contact, you'll help maintain strong customer relationships and uphold our service standards. Key Responsibilities: Schedule and dispatch Field Technicians for daily assignments. Prioritize service calls based on urgency and impact. Coordinate all on-site work scheduling with customers. Manage job setup, technician time tracking, and updates via COINS. Communicate between field and office to ensure workflow continuity. Monitor parts/materials availability and inform technicians. Issue and track purchase orders; reconcile PO logs. Maintain truck inventory and ensure accurate billing/payroll prep. Support cost control across PM contracts, repairs, and projects. Maintain service contract logs and assist with monthly revenue forecasts. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction. Participate in team meetings and assist with ordering parts and contract renewals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. Will consider candidates with an associate's degree or 10+ years of experience as a dispatcher or service coordinator in the HVAC industry. 5+ years of experience in HVAC service required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite. Strong organizational and communication skills. Valid driver's license & clean driving record.
