Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Installer Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Installer Technician to join our team. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems across a variety of commercial and residential properties. Your expertise will ensure optimal indoor air quality, energy efficiency, and system performance. Responsibilities • Install new HVAC systems including air conditioning units, ventilation systems, boilers, and refrigeration equipment according to schematics and HVAC design specification • Repair and replace faulty components such as compressors, fans, thermostats, valves, and electrical wiring ( may be asked to) • Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and mechanical drawings to execute installations accuratel • Ensure compliance with safety standards and local building codes during all installation and repair activities • Operate a driver vehicle safely to transport equipment and materials to job sites Qualifications • Proven experience as an HVAC installer technician or service technician in construction or field service environments • Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration) systems • Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals accurately • Experience with appliance repair, property maintenance, boiler operation, and equipment repair is highly desirable • Knowledge of plumbing systems relevant to HVAC installations and ammonia refrigeration is a plus • Skilled in welding techniques for ductwork or custom fabrications • Proficiency with testing instruments such as ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical issues • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating a driver vehicle preferred • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in diverse environments under tight deadlines • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in complex mechanical systems Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions.
