Job Requirements: • Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred in human resources or related field. • Five to six years of experience in human resources or related experience required. • Board Certified (BOC) as an Athletic Trainer, eligible for State of Illinois athletic training licensure, current CPR/AED, valid driver's license, and two (2) years of prior experience as an athletic trainer or graduate assistant is required. • Master's degree in Athletic training or related field is preferred. • Current license as a Registered Nurse (or eligibility for license) in Illinois, two (2) years of experience, Train the Trainer, and an approved evaluator certification or MSN and approved evaluator certification are required. • Extensive experience in one or all of the following: TIG, MIG, Industrial MIG, Shielded Metal Arc (Stick), and/or robotic welding. Welding certificate. Five years welding experience in lieu of certificate. • High School diploma or GED and a minimum of 2,000 hours of HVAC experience required. • Prior experience working with peer mentors/mentees is preferred.
