Position Summary: To provide service and maintenance on residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Work hours: 40+ hours per week, Monday to Friday, overtime as needed Pay Scale: Up to $40.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus spiffs and bonuses. Monthly spiffs as high as $2,500! Monthly revenue bonus up to $1,250! You can make up to $150,000 yearly in total compensation!
