The HVAC Technician will work on various projects, providing high-quality service to our clients while adhering to safety standards and regulations. Responsibilities • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems in commercial settings. • Diagnose issues using tools such as an ohmmeter and schematics to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions. • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems. • Repair or replace defective components and ensure optimal system performance. • Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related issues promptly. • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs. • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
