HVAC Service Technician - Property Maintenance What You'll Do: You're primarily an HVAC tech servicing residential rental properties across Memphis. Most days you're doing system diagnostics, repairs, change-outs, and preventative maintenance on HVAC units. But you'll also handle general property maintenance when needed - plumbing repairs, electrical work, painting, drywall, appliance issues, and make-ready turns between tenants. This isn't a typical HVAC grind. You work Monday-Friday with rare on-call emergencies. You're not crawling through attics in 110-degree heat every day or dealing with constant after-hours calls. You get variety, autonomy, and a stable schedule.
