HVAC Technician

HVAC Technician Bellevue, WA We are currently looking for an HVAC Technician. The HVAC- R Technician will be responsible for all facets of HVAC-Refrigeration throughout a real estate portfolio. Primary responsibility will include HVACR repair and maintenance. This will include repair and or replacement of system compressors and other related items in the HVACR systems. While this position is primarily a hands-on job, the person in this position is also responsible for developing, implementing, and documenting operational best practices. The HVAC- R II Technician must possess the following skills and specifications: • Must be able to read and interpret system plans and schematics and to apply troubleshooting skills to repair and maintain systems and equipment. • Must have a strong understanding of refrigeration and all aspects of repair including compressor and/or coil change outs. Education/work experience requirements • Education: Associate of Science Degree in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology or similar program preferred. • EPA CFC Universal Certification. • Experience: 3-5 years of progressive experience in maintaining HVAC PM Program. • Work experience or college degree can be mutually substituted for education and experience requirements noted above. • Must possess a valid Washington State Driver's License with no major or continuing driving offenses that demonstrate a lack of concern for safety in the last 5 years.
