This role is hands-on and leadership-focused - expect to be in the field daily, managing and assisting in installations. Compensation: Starting at $27 an hr or more, based on experience Schedule: Monday to Friday with occasional weekend or on-call work, depending on project needs Key Responsibilities: • Lead a crew performing up to 8 rooftop condenser installations per day. • Oversee installation of condenser stands, copper piping, whips, disconnects, and full condenser reinstallation. • Ensure all work complies with Spectrum AC quality standards and project engineering specs. • Maintain communication with project managers and other stakeholders. • Ensure safe, clean, and efficient work practices at all times.
