Location: UHealth Tower Maintains work areas and equipment rooms in a clean and safe condition at all times. Receives and responds to requests for repair work. Keeps daily logs of work, performed and pending, updated. Cleans, maintains, and paints equipment and machinery to prevent deterioration. Repairs plumbing and leaky equipment on roofs and ceilings. Advises appropriate managing staff of risk factors and repair needs beyond the mechanic’s ability. Prepares and maintains accurate records of equipment and facility preventative maintenance. HVAC Mechanic The University of Miami/UHealth department of Facilities has an exciting opportunity for a Full Time HVAC mechanic to work at the UHealth Campus. The HVAC Mechanic, Licensed troubleshoots and maintains efficient operations of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems in assigned facilities.
