Overview: CPI Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, and Electrical LLC is looking for an HVAC Sales Technician to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to recommend tailored solutions that meet customer needs. What You'll Do: • Repair and maintain HVAC systems for residential clients. • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions. • Provide accurate pricing estimates and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets. • Educate customers on HVAC system features, maintenance, and energy efficiency options. • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads. • Ensure all installations and repairs comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
