Responsibilities • Install heating, cooling and heat pump systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, water heaters, and other related equipment in residential properties. • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. • Troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and provide effective solutions to clients. . • Collaborate with colleagues to complete projects efficiently. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to our strong safety . standards • Provide excellent customer service by being respectful of and communicative with our clients. Qualifications • Experience with oil, propane, forced-air and hydronic systems, air conditioning/heat pump systems. Vermont Oil and Propane Gas certifications as well as a Plumbing or Electrical license is a plus. • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work with various HVAC/R systems. • Experience in appliance repair can be beneficial for troubleshooting issues. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent problem-solving skills, focus, attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
