Job Duties • Service and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC equipment • Perform preventative maintenance and service at various customer locations • Perform site surveys and move out inspections as well as repairs needed • Accurately communicate and discuss work performed with customer and internal management • Turn in all reports/invoicing/service tickets in a timely manner • Nights/weekend on call rotation currently about one a month • Even mix of new/billable service as well as PM turnover and repairsRequirements The perfect candidate would have a minimum of five years' experience in providing quality commercial and industrial service and maintenance to a wide range of facility equipment.
