Responsibilities Service and repair all types of HVAC equipment Willingness and ability to install and/or assist in installing HVAC equipment in residential or light commercial applications Troubleshoot, analyze, and repair heating and air conditioning equipment Provide a positive customer experience on every call Efficiency in completing work task to meet or exceed industry standards/company goals Requirements Must be customer focused to provide positive experiences Minimum (2) years of service experience in the HVAC industry CFC/EPA Certificate required NATE Certified is preferred but not required Good driving record Good communication skills to be used for both the customer and co-workers Must have strong troubleshooting skills and be willing to continue to learn and grow in the industry gaining additional skills and certifications Self-motivated Must be a good team member exhibiting a positive attitude and work ethic Willing to cross train others Must be flexible with work hours, will be responsible to be part of an On Call rotation
