Looking for experienced HVAC technician willing to work in a fast-paced farm environment. Must be willing to work overtime, some weekends, and rotate the "on-call" schedule. Must be able to trouble-shoot, diagnose, take direction, and have a clean driving record. Position requires standing or walking, lifting, and bending. Salary is dependent on experience. Overtime is paid after 40 hours worked in the week. Health Insurance, Retirement, & PTO after 90 days. Essential Duties include but are not limited to: • Installing, maintaining, and repairing cooling systems and equipment. • Identifying maintenance risks on equipment and correcting as needed. • Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems. • Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services. • Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. • Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions. • Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements. • Assisting with customers' queries and needs. • Adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications: • High school diploma, GED or suitable equivalent. • Licensed HVAC certification. • Willingness to continue education in HVAC field as well as in other areas of mechanical • Clean/Valid driver’s license. • Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating. • Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols. • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in reading schematics and work plans. • Ability and willingness to work after hours as well as scheduled “on call” hours. • Ability to work in confined spaces.
