Knowledge, Skills and Abilities • Proven experience in construction management or as a Superintendent in the electrical contracting field. • Bilingual. • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices in construction. • Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively. • Familiarity with project scheduling tools such as Primavera or Prolog is preferred. • Experience with construction estimating and budgeting is a plus.
