Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Electrical Foreman to join our team and build a branch in the Kalispell area. Also, Looking for JW and apprentices looking for a change. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial, residential and industrial electrical work. Able to read and understand prints and electrical schematics and using various electrical tools. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, safety protocols, and the National Electrical Code (NEC). The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety. Need to be able to work will with others!! Duties • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in industrial and commercial settings. • Foreman - able to run a crew and also keep up with Foreman duties. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical systems. • Utilize hand tools, power tools and all tools to preform the projects proficiently and safely. • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and NEC standards during all electrical work. • Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues or necessary upgrades. • Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently and effectively. • Document all work performed and maintain accurate records. Qualifications • Proven experience as an Electrician in commercial and Residential environments. • Strong knowledge of electrical systems. • Familiarity with blue prints. • Understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) regulations. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Montana State license or able to obtain one.
